Returns & Restocking Policy

Our Returns & Restocking Policy is as follows:

If the package is unopened and returned within 30 days from the date of invoice, a full refund will be issued less 15% Restocking fee + credit card, shipping & handling fees.

If the product or packaging shows any signs of wear or use, or after 30 days, no refund will be given.

No packages will be accepted without an RMA. Please contact us in order to receive one.

Defective Products:
All defective products are to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Most manufacturers request that the customer speak with a Technical Support Representative to determine that the stated product is truly defective. Once a product is deemed defective by the manufacturer, the Manufacturer will issue the Customer/ Dealer an RMA Number. All shipments for defective product should be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Special Order Items & End of Life Items:
No RMA’s, No Returns, No Exceptions.
